Dream Decoder Pro ("we", "us", "our") collects the following information when you use our app:

• Audio Recordings: Sleep session audio recorded from your microphone during active sleep tracking sessions.
• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide during registration.
• Usage Data: App interactions, session frequency, and feature usage to improve our service.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support.

2 How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate AI-powered dream analysis and subconscious insights from your sleep recordings.
• Store and retrieve your sleep session history within the app.
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI analysis models.
• Send you morning reports and notifications you have opted into.
• Provide customer support and resolve technical issues.

3 Keep Everything On Device

Dream Decoder Pro offers a "Keep Everything On Device" setting. When enabled, your audio recordings are processed and stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers.

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or audio recordings with third parties, except:

• With your explicit consent.
• With service providers who assist in app operation (e.g., Supabase for secure cloud storage) under strict data processing agreements.
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5 Data Retention & Deletion

Free users: sessions are retained for up to 90 days. Pro users: sessions are retained indefinitely until manually deleted.

You may delete any or all of your data at any time from the app settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6 Security

We take the security of your sleep data seriously:

• Industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.
• TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Audio files stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets.
• Regular security audits and responsible disclosure practices.

7 Children's Privacy

Dream Decoder Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@dreamdecoderpro.com and we will take prompt action to delete that information.

8 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your data from our systems.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

9 Changes to This Policy
